AUTOMATED SUBSCRIPTIONS

By purchasing a monthly subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee at the then-current monthly subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. Morning Bird Products will automatically process your monthly subscription fee in the next billing cycle on a 1, 2, or 3-month frequency, per your selection. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time without penalty; however, cancellations must take place before the next billing cycle to avoid recurring charges. If the cancellation takes place on or after the billing date, you will still be charged, and you will receive that product as your final shipment on the subscription. The subscription cancellation will then take effect as of the following subscription period.

We will make three attempts to charge a failed payment over three days before canceling a subscription. If the payment is successful during those three attempts, the subscription will process and proceed as scheduled. Payment may be held as pending if the customer does not proceed with 3DS authentication. This setting will mark the payment as failed after three attempts over three days to retry the payment or fail the subscription. We reserve the right to take all steps necessary to collect amounts due from you, including but not limited to legal action and/or using third-party collection agencies.
